I had my teeth deep cleaned and extracted at this dental office and I had a great experience. The office itself is very nice and most of all clean. Reminds me of a fancy coffee shop. The people there are great and super friendly. The whole experience was actually painless. I forgot the name of the lady that did my cleaning, but she was great!
Goggle is always your best friend! I’m new to the area and I was in need of getting one of my wisdom tooth pulled. My insurance for dental was not yet active, but they had an awesome special going for people without insurance. In the end I actually paid less than I assumed. My appointment was at 9am, I made the appointment at 7am. Upon arrival they sent me a text message to fill out necessary forms. Dental/health history and my reasoning for coming. Very simple and right to the point. I loved that. I got there about 8:50am. If you’ve ever gotten renovation done to your home you can tell the office was new. It was pretty fancy. Everyone was super friendly and swift. My dentist (although I didn’t know it was her at the time) came in about 3mins later and she was very cheerful and spoke to everyone. They x-rayed my mouth and boom 6 minutes later Dr. Cheerful walks into the room to explain my X-ray. I adore awesome people and she was that! She got right to the source of my problem and checked for potential problems. Thank God I had no other problems. She did her job effectively and swiftly. They also have in-house dental financing if you need it. Affordable and you don’t have to apply at your visit but can always sign up later. I have always been afraid of needles but everything was pain free. At one point I was thinking to myself she’s never gonna get this tooth out, but before I could finish the thought, she asked if I would like to see the tooth. I was amazed how little time it took. My follow up visit is today and I had no issues. The only thing, which is expected was my face was swollen from having my tooth extracted. Overall she is my new dentist. After they explained to me how to treat my mouth I was out the door at 9:50am. Very great experience!
Donna was fantastic! All the staff was so friendly and sweet to my son for his first visit. He was very happy to meet Lassi after the dentist looked at his teeth !
I don’t even know where to begin. I’ll start with the fact that like a lot of people, I avoid the dentist at all costs. But recently the tooth I got a root canal on a few years ago, broke, and I was having a lot of issues with it. I came across Ethos on Google and figured I’d give them a try. When I say these were the most genuinely kind and caring people I’ve ever encountered in a doctor’s office, I truly mean it. I knew I’d need the tooth extracted so I was extremely anxious & also concerned about the cost. Dr. Roo immediately reassured me that I was in great hands and that they would work with my budget, which they absolutely did. She is an angel (so is Kim!) It was quick, completely painless, & you can tell she loves what she does. I would go back to her for any & everything for the rest of my life if I could haha. Also, the entire office was great. It was clean, welcoming, & everyone is warm & friendly. Best dental experience I’ve ever had and it’s not even close. Truly a godsend. Will be recommending Ethos to everyone I know!
I had a dental emergency (My regular dentist retired and closed his practice) and called Mary and she did everything she could to get me in a chair within a couple hours of my call. Dr. Roo was incredible!!! I hate going to the dentist (no offense to dentists I just have anxiety issues) but Dr Roo talked me through every step and let me know EXACTLY what to expect. My procedure ran a little longer than expected and the whole office stayed late past their shifts to help Dr. Roo. Highly recommend Dr Roo and the staff!!!
